Delegate Registration Services
Conexion Event Management recognises that some organisations prefer to manage their own events but may not have the technical capability to facilitate online registrations for efficient processing and collating of attendance information.
Conexion offers Delegate Registration Services as a stand-alone option to provide those organisations with complete registration processing facilities. We know conferences and are familiar with all of the information required to ensure a professional event. Conexion will design a package specific to your needs that can include any of the following:
- Create an online registration form designed to capture the information specific to your event. This form, which will be programmed by in-house specialists, will enable your delegates to register online, book accommodation, tours and other functions and make payments in a secure environment 24 hours a day. The form enables delegates to login to their registration record using a personal access key to modify their booking
- Process all hard copy forms received by post, email, or facsimile
- Screen each registration, send and confirmation letters and tax invoices to confirm payments and attendance details
- Provide regular reports on attendance numbers and delegate financial status as well as complete financial reports and statistics at the conclusion of the event
- Produce meeting collateral including name badges, tickets and delegate lists
Conexion can provide a fully staffed registration desk onsite for the duration of an event (or as required) and provide all business equipment and software needed to process new registrations and late payments received onsite.
Conexion uses an interactive software program designed to monitor and control the management of delegates, sponsors and exhibitors. This package has a powerful internet interface and is capable of multi-lingual and multi-currency interpretation with 24 hour global support. Operating in a completely secure and confidential environment, the system offers real-time online client access to the latest statistics and reports and full interactivity for attendees to access and modify data with complete privacy. It also has the ability to generate detailed reports and customised event collateral.
