    Conexion has an excellent track record for managing the financial aspects of events. Supported by qualified accounts staff our event managers will keep you fully informed at all times so there are no surprises. All budget expenditure is approved prior to incurring expenses and Conexion provides comprehensive reports to keep our clients appraised on the financial aspects of their event.
  •  Information Technology
    Conexion uses an interactive software program designed to monitor and control the management of delegates, sponsors and exhibitors information. This package has a powerful internet interface and is capable of multi-lingual and multi-currency interpretation with 24 hour global support. Operating in a completely secure and confidential environment, the system offers real-time online client access to the latest statistics and reports and full interactivity for delegates to access and modify data with complete privacy. It also has the capability to generate detailed reports and customised event collateral.
  •  Delegate Registration Services
    Conexion provides a complete delegate registration service that not only confirms the requirements of the delegates but provides clients with comprehensive information that is collated by our advanced IT system. Our experienced events staff will manage the processing of this information including payments and confirm all the requirements to your delegates in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

    Conexion has an excellent reputation for building the profile of our client's events. We will carry out extensive research and develop a marketing strategy designed to match your needs.   •  Program Management
    Conexion has extensive experience working with our clients to develop programs that maximise the event's appeal to the target audience. We know that it is important to get the right speakers and select the right topics, not only to attract high attendances but also to deliver the appropriate information and educational content.

    We understand the importance of briefing speakers and assisting them with their requirements to ensure their presentation is delivered professionally. Conexion will use its in-house technology to co-ordinate the speakers' requirements. If required, this software also facilitates the 'Call for Papers' process including online submissions, online access for vetting submitted papers and communicating with authors regarding the details of their submission. This is a hassle free and efficient process that is highly valued by our busy clients.
  •  Special Events
    We will research, create and produce special events that entertain, surprise and excite your delegates. Conexion will develop concepts that present the right image and message to meet the objectives of your organization and your stakeholders.
